1. Introduction

Any attempt to open multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, payment method, or household address will result in all associated accounts being closed.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical fault disrupts a game, the affected bets will be cancelled and the stake amount refunded.
• If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, blockdag will handle the matter in accordance with its betting rules.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or manipulation of gaming systems.
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Use of automated betting software or bots.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward blockdag staff.
• Betting or managing accounts on behalf of a third party.

9. Responsible Gaming
